McCORMICK/MOHAN Dr. Angela - The family of the late Angela McCormick (née Mohan) Eugene, Claire, Kate, Aoife and Anna want to thank everybody who sympathised with and supported us throughout Angela's illness and through the time of her funeral. We thank everyone who attended her funeral Mass in St. Colmcilles in Knocklyon, Dublin and the interment ceremony in St. Mary's Church Newtownbutler, Co. Fermanagh. We are overwhelmed and thankful for the numerous Mass and sympathy cards as well as heartfelt letters of support we have received from friends, ex-colleagues and former patients of Angela's. We acknowledge contributions made on her behalf to the Irish Hospice movement and Concern. We wish to express our appreciation for the excellent care and medical support given to Angela by Dr. Ray McDermott, the oncology team and all the staff in the Beacon Hospital,her GP Dr. Clare McNicholas and the staff in the Pharmacy in Knocklyon Shopping Centre. A very special word of thanks for the outstanding care and support we received from the palliative home care team from Our Lady's Hospice Harold's Cross. We are grateful to the clergy and parish teams in Knocklyon and Newtownbutler Parishes for their help, organisation and kindness. A special word of gratitude to Rev. La Flynn for his love and inspiring funeral Mass and eulogy for Angela assisted by Rev. Donal Roberts. Thanks to Paul Mohan, Funeral Director, Roslea for his kindness, advice and above all his professionalism at such a difficult time for us. Finally to all our close family, friends and neighbours thank you for everything. A donation has been made on your behalf in Angela's memory to the Simon Community.
