HARDING Major George William Cecil, (peacefully), in England, aged 98 years - August 16, 2014, (late of Tulach Nore, Pike of Rushall, Portlaoise), much loved father of Virginia, Rosalind and Karin and dearly loved grandfather and great-grandfather. Funeral will take place in England. A Memorial Service will be held in Ireland on a date to be announced.
