SMYTHE Ernest (Glenageary, Co. Dublin) - May 6, 2014, suddenly, at St. James's Hospital, beloved husband of the late Babs, much-loved father of Rodney, Carl and Cheryl, father-in-law of Gloria, Liz and Rik, dear grandfather of Duncan, Jillian, Lucy, Isabelle, Josh and Poppy; remembered with love by his extended family, Duncan's wife Annabel and a wide circle of friends. Service of Thanksgiving on Saturday, May 10 at 3.00 o'clock in Holy Trinity Church, Killiney followed by burial in Enniskerry Churchyard. Family flowers only, please. Donations in memory of Ernest to The LauraLynn Children's Hospice Foundation.
