O'HALLORAN (Shanakiel, Cork) - December 9, 2013, peacefully at the Bon Secours Hospital, after a brief illness, Louis, beloved husband of Cathleen (Cato), devoted father of Adrienne (Kennedy), Brid (Cudmore), Conall, Donal, Edel (O'Halloran-Linden), Finbarr and Gavan and brother of Fr. Michael OP, Ferdie, Brendan, Celine (Lynch), Rita (Murphy) and the late Bernadette. Sadly missed by his loving wife, family, grandchildren, brothers, sisters, nephews, nieces, sons-in-law Pat, Denis and Hartmut, daughters-in-law Elizabeth, Jane and Jo, relatives and friends. Reception into the Church of the Descent of the Holy Spirit, Dennehy's Cross at 7pm today, Tuesday. Requiem Mass tomorrow (Wednesday) at 12 noon. Funeral afterwards to St. Joseph's Cemetery. House private. No flowers by request. Donations in lieu to Cork Cancer Research Centre.Requiescat in pace.
